Stephanie Clarke

Founder & Senior Occupational Therapist

A passionate occupational therapist with over 13 years of experience.

Stephanie Clarke brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her practice. Stephanie holds a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, a PgDipEd, and an MSc in Advanced Occupational Therapy. As a mother of five children with 5 unique needs, she has developed a deep understanding of family dynamics and the complexities of parenting in diverse circumstances.

With lived experience of ADHD, Stephanie offers a personal perspective on neurodivergence, enriching her ability to support individuals facing similar challenges. Her experience raising children with a range of developmental needs has sharpened her awareness of the difficulties families encounter, particularly when accessing healthcare services and essential interventions.

Recognising the critical issue of long waitlists in Australia – where an estimated 80,000 children are waiting for assessment – Stephanie founded Multi-coached in 2023. In 2025, the company will launch its flagship product, OT-Me, an innovative web application designed to deliver timely early intervention for children with developmental needs.

Through Multi-Coached and OT-Me, Stephanie aims to improve access to early intervention, empowering families and children to thrive by reducing barriers to care and supporting a wide range of developmental skills. Drawing on her expertise, personal experiences, and passion for inclusive care, Stephanie is committed to creating a meaningful impact in the lives of the families she serves.
